Partners- In the TMS, you have the option of allowing user access to anyone who has a relationship to your terminals. “Partner distributor deploying ATMs under the ISO’s organization” is the most common profile. You can also decide to put a layer of verification between your partners in the field, especially when bringing new terminals online. The TMS lets you grant partners permission to enter terminal information and get the ATM fully set up. As the ATM ISO, you can retain control over turning terminals on, if only to review details for accuracy before each ATM goes live.

Merchants- Use the TMS to provide ATM monitoring access to your merchants or event organizers (in the case of terminals installed at remote events). You have the option to allow any retail storefront owner to view only their terminal’s account activity and select alerts without providing the ability for the merchant to add or edit terminal information. Once you set up the merchant’s account in the TMS, the merchant experience is seamless and only lets them see the parts of the online system you allow. The rest is invisible to the merchant.
