Switch Commerce Rolls Out New, Broadband Connectivity with Systech's Dial-to-IP Converters
San Diego, CA, March 8, 2006. Systech Corporation, San Diego, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of Internet Payment Gateways for electronic transaction markets, today announced an alliance with Switch Commerce, to convert dial-up ATM transactions to IP-based transactions. Under the agreement, Switch Commerce has integrated and certified Systech's IPG/7000 family of dial-to-IP converters for production deployment to merchants transitioning ATM processing to the Internet.
Systech Internet Payment Gateways convert dial-up or Ethernet-based ATM transactions to encrypted, high-speed Internet transactions. The gateways connect both legacy and new ATMs to the Switch Commerce processing host over the public Internet using secure SSL IP protocols. No changes are required to the installed ATM applications. Merchants with existing, private IP networks can also use the Systech solution to convert and re-route dial transactions through existing WAN links. Merchants benefit from both higher-speed transactions, and recurring cost savings from eliminating dedicated dial-up telephone lines.

Switch Commerce Appoints Industry Veteran as President
Dallas, Texas - October 25, 2004. Switch Commerce, an automated teller machine (ATM) transaction processor, today announced the appointment of Roger L. Myers as President. In this capacity he will oversee Company operations and manage customer relationships.

He began his career with ACS and is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
